Refund Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Two separate things

ScreenVow has two independent parts: your subscription (which pays for account access) and your commitment (the period you choose to lock your Screen Time passcode for). This policy covers refunds for each separately.

2. Subscription charges

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to stop future renewal charges. Except where required by law, charges already billed are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.

3. Commitment periods

Choosing a commitment period is a deliberate part of how ScreenVow works: once a commitment begins, your Screen Time passcode is intentionally difficult for you to retrieve until your chosen period ends, or until you use the Request Reveal process, or you choose to delete it. Because this is the core function of the product, we don't offer refunds on the basis that a commitment worked as intended, or that you changed your mind partway through one.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it.

5. How to request something

Email support@screenvow.com with your account email and the charge in question.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
